My aim at Healthier Outcomes is to help and support you to reach your health goals using my individualised, uncomplicated and simple approach to healthy eating.

I will look at the 4 ‘pillars’ of health, (food, sleep, stress and exercise) and how these impact your wellbeing and help you create new long lasting habits to reach your optimal health.

My coaching methods can provide you with motivation that will empower you on your way to sustain these health and lifestyle changes.


I will try and work out what is the best way of eating for you and your lifestyle as one size does not fit all. I can help you decipher all the information out there and get you feeling better, help you to support your immune system, balance hormones and blood sugar.

After a short telephone consultation I will ask you fill in a detailed questionnaire and food diary. This will enable me to help put in place simple SMART goals. We will take small steps and incorporate a few changes which you are more likely to achieve because we know change is daunting and if healthy lifestyle choices were easy we would all be slim, fit and healthy!
