Fish Pate
Fantastic healthy fish dish for use as a sandwich filler, baked potato topping, dip, or eat with salad.
Ingredients/Method
Any tinned fish such as tuna, mackerel, sardine, anchovy, etc Use up to 3 varieties for extra flavour.
Chop half an onion and ¼ cucumberto boost vegetable intake.
Mix together or whizz in a mixer and add some natural yoghurt or soft cream cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and add a good squeeze of lemon juice.
