Egg Muffins

Ingredients (to make 6)
 
eggs
splash of milk
Spices such as paprika, turmeric, cumin (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Diced vegetables such as onion, courgette, peppers, tomato, mushroom, spinach
Grated or chopped cheese for the topping
(Can add ham if wanted)

Method
Fill the muffin cases with the diced vegetables.
Mix the eggs, milk, spices and seasoning in a bowl and transfer to a jug for easy pouring. Pour into the muffin cases and top with a little grated cheese.
Cook in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes!
