Overnight Oats

100ml milk (Dairy or nut milks)
1 tbls natural yoghurt
1 tsp honey to sweeten (leave out if you are avoiding sugar!)
40g porridge oats
Blueberries, Strawberries and raspberries

Optional cocoa nibs, flax, chia, cinnamon, turmeric to boost nutrients and flavour
 
Add the milk, yoghurt and some of the berries together. Shake or stir well or use nutribullet to mix and then add the oats. Give it a shake and cover and place in fridge overnight.
In the morning serve with some more fruit, nuts, or my home granola. Use different fruits throughout the year depending on what is in season, such as apple and pear with cinnamon or fresh or frozen berries.
