Banana and Oat Pancakes

Less than 5 minutes to prepare. 

Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Egg
1 heaped tablespoon of Oats

Method
Mash banana and mix with a fork with the egg and oats. Add some turmeric if you like to help boost nutrients.
Divide into 3 pancakes and cook in coconut oil.
Serve with yoghurt, fruit and nuts.
