Easy Peasy Spinach Soup
Packed with green veggies and so so simple!
Ingredients
200g frozen peas
100g frozen spinach
½ stock cube
1 clove garlic
500 ml water
Dollop of yoghurt for garnish
Bring peas, spinach, crushed garlic and stock cube to boil in a saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend and serve with the dollop of yoghurt.
Serves 2.
